# zicula-visual-qa-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (21 files), each **trimmed to taste** — enough to
judge the quality, not enough to run the whole pipeline:

- `antiflaky-playbook-sample.md` — the first three of the twelve flaky causes from
  `PLAYBOOK-ANTIFLAKY.md`, complete with symptom -> root cause -> exact fix
  (webfont swap, CSS animations, viewport/DPR drift), plus the full **60-second
  diagnosis table** that maps any diff pattern to its likely cause. Causes #4–#12
  are listed with symptoms only — the fixes for those live in the full playbook.
- `rtl-checklist-sample.md` — points 1–4 of the 12-point Arabic/Hebrew checklist
  from `RTL-CHECKLIST.md`, complete: the `dir="rtl"` trap, logical mirroring,
  direction-aware icons, RTL progress flows — plus the config snippet that keeps
  RTL baselines separate from LTR. Points 5–12 are titles only in the sample.
- `agency-qa-report-sample.html` — a working slice of the white-label client report
  from `templates/`: header, monthly stats, a 2-row summary table and one highlight
  case, rendered with the template's own print-ready CSS. Open it in a browser,
  replace the `{FILL-IN}` tokens, print to PDF — you're seeing exactly what an agency
  hands a client. The fixes / approved-changes sections and the per-case layout are
  in the full template.

What the full kit adds (the other 17 files):
